This week we will be learning about The United Kingdom, focusing on Scotland. We will be writing facts about Scottish traditions, geographical features and places. We are also exploring the mystery that is 'The Loch Ness Monster'.
Can you do some research about Scotland and show it in one of these ways:
*a non chronological report
*a spider diagram of facts
*a booklet about Scotland
*a leaflet advertising Scotland
*a poster advertising Scotland
Can you find out about The Loch Ness Monster and complete some of these activities:
*write an eye witness account about seeing the monster
*write a description of the monster using adjectives and verbs
*write a newspaper report about The Loch Ness Monster
*describe Loch Ness
*research eye witnesses from the past of people who claim to have seen the monster
