General Data Protection Regulations

The new data protection regulations came into force on 25th May 2018.

Killamarsh Infant and Nursery School work very hard to ensure that the data that we hold is secure. Our school Privacy Notice is below. The Privacy Notice is issued to help parents understand how and why Killamarsh Infant and Nursery School collects your personal information and what we do with that information. It also explains the decisions that you can make about your child's information. 

We will not give information about our pupils to anyone without your consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.  When you give your consent for your son or daughter’s information to be held and/or shared for any purpose you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting:  Miss Tracey Holmes (Headteacher)
