Week 3 - Observational Drawing
This week in Craft Club, we had a drawing focus and the children loved it! They watched a clip about observational drawing; tips and techniques to create masterpieces...
The children then walked around Woodpeckers Classroom, chose an object they wanted to draw and sketched it first using a sharp pencil and a clipboard. We made sure that we sketched really lightly, just incase we wanted to rub it out. We then looked very carefully at the shapes, lines and tones before adding these to our drawing. Finally, we added colour and final touches.
