Week 3

This week in Phonics Club, we started off by reading some real and nonsense (alien) words. We had a challenge given to us by Miss Brown! If we could read the words, we could keep them, if not, we had to put them in Miss Brown's bucket. The highest score won! The children smashed this activity and won with lots more points than Miss Brown! 

After all that hard work, we had a break and some snack! We talked about what we like about Phonics and what we find tricky so that Miss Brown can help us...

After our snack, we enjoyed playing some different phonics games in two's, three's or small groups. We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed reading lots of different words and sounds!
