Teddy Bears Picnic
Today we had a teddy bears picnic. First we made our own bear. We coloured it in and cut it out. Then we played party games with our bears. We had to put our bears on different parts of our body and we used positional language. Our bears went on our heads, behind our backs, under something and between something. We then did some dancing with our bears before we played musical statues. Then we all had a bun, which we shared with the bears. Finally we celebrated with the children who had a birthday in January, February and March. We hummed happy birthday to them. It was a fun afternoon.
