Year 1 Science
We tested different materials to see what happened in water. We then thought about which would be the best to make a boat. We wrote up our experiment, then we made our boats before testing them. After we tested we talked about what happened and how we could modify our boats.
Reception Science
The reception children used foil to make a boat. They decided how they wanted to make them. Then we put them on the water to see if they floated. After that we put a pirate in the boat to see what happened.
