Outdoor Learning - Week 3 - Making Natural Bird feeders
This week we were very excited for our 'Fresh Air Thursday' session this week as we were making natural bird feeders ready for our bird watch tomorrow afternoon. We worked in teams to squash banana on a leaf with a stick/twig and then put it onto the toilet roll tube. We then sprinkled some oats, seeds and cranberries on it. After that, Miss Brown hole punched it for us and helped us to tie the string together so we could then go and hang it onto a tree. They looked delicious... that delicious that even some of us wanted to eat it!
