Let's Get Physical
With all sports activities cancelled and us all now staying home getting active is even more important than ever. Children really benefit from a physical break and the opportunity to use up some of their energy.
We need to keep as active as possible and there is a lot of support out there to help us do it. Here are some suggested websites to visit so that you don't have to go looking for them. This list is by no means exhaustive but a great starting point and all free to access.
Youth Sport Trust
You will find PE home learning, active breaks to use and lots of 60 second challenges. Give them a go they are great fun!
