KS1 Plant Investigation in Science

In Science, we have been learning about plants and habitats. We have set up an investigation to discover what plants need to grow. We have planted three sunflowers seeds in each group. Then we discussed where to put the seeds to change the habitat and conditions. We have labelled the plants and decided to put one on the window sill so it can have sunlight, warmth and water. We then chose another one to stay on the window sill but to have sunlight but no water. The last one, we decided to put in a dark cupboard where it doesn't get sunlight or warmth but it has water. Let's see what happens.
