Harvesting Vegetables
Lots of veg was ready to harvest this week! We dug out radish, carrots and lettuce...we picked courgettes and tomatoes...we even found ONE ripe strawberry!!! We prepared the vegetables by taking off the leaves and putting them in the compost bin, then we washed the veg and the children enjoyed the carrots and tomatoes for snack time!
