Our Self-Portraits
Welcome to Fresh Air Thursday! This week in our outdoor learning, we recapped the rules of outdoor learning and the boundaries when we are using the field and outdoor area. We began our session with games around the fire circle. Our favourite game was 'duck, duck, goose'. We cheered our friends on! Then we played 'stuck in the mud' and worked as a team to free our friends. After this, we started our task to work in pairs to create a self-portrait of ourselves using nature around us. We thought carefully about our facial features such as eyes, mouth, nose, cheeks, hair and ears. Take a look at our self-portraits.
