Dress To Impress for Children's Mental Health Week
For Children's Mental Health week we did activities to promote our well-being. We discussed what we like/dislike/what makes us feel happy/sad in our Jigsaw lesson and used a balloon to help us think of things which make us happy when we were outside on 'Fresh Air Thursday'. We also took part in some Cosmic Yoga and mindfulness colouring. We also dressed to express ourselves!
