A visit from the vet
We had a visitor in school from the local vets. We learnt all about why pets need to visit the vet and what happens there. She let us dress up ready to operate, we bandaged some toy animals and used the stethoscopes. There were some x rays for us to look at; one animal had swallowed a spoon and another had puppies inside! We had great fun and learnt lots.
