Science - Materials and Changes
In science we have been learning about materials and their properties. This week we looked at how properties can change. First we looked at a slice of bread and discussed its properties. Then we toasted the bread and talked about how it had changed. We thought about if we could get the bread back to how it was.
Then we looked at cornflour. We felt it and said how it looked and felt. Then we added water to it and felt it again. The cornflour and water made oobleck. We enjoyed feeling it and discussed how it moved. It was solid and liquid.
