VE Day Ideas

Friday 8th May is the 75th anniversary of VE Day.

VE Day is also known as Victory in Europe Day and marks the end of World War Two. To help your child understand this anniversary and remember the soldiers and all of the other heroes from that time, here are a few ideas and activities you might want to try on Friday. There are some suggested reading books, a powerpoint aimed at KS1 and some other useful documents.

 

Also it would be lovely if your child could dress in red, white and blue for the day and you could send us a photo on Class Dojo.
