Today we started our day by doing some 'Easter Maths'. We worked out the addition and subtraction number sentences to find which colour we had to use to colour in the different parts of our Easter picture. We then went in the hall to do some under the sea cosmic yoga. We really enjoyed meeting Squish the Fish and finding the shipwreck. Some of us were really good at answering our foot telephone. After that we started our Easter cards. We did some cutting, folding and sticking to make a pop-up chick.
After lunch we finished our Easter cards by writing inside them and deciding whether we wanted a hand print chicken or a bunny rabbit on the front. To finish off the day we played an Easter egg game outside. One person hid the egg after giving us a clue we had to find them. Some of the clues were 'under a bush', 'behind something red' and 'inside something'.
