Responsibility

We talked about the things that we are responsible for. We said that we need to look after our things such as our coats, jumpers, cardigans and PE kits at school. The children also said they need to look after their toys and the toys/equipment at school. It is also important to look after the earth such as the plants and animals.

We took part in an activity where we were all given a cube which we were responsible for looking after for a whole session. The children took it with them during 'explore time' and for any 'jobs' they came to do. I am very pleased to say that most of the children came back to the carpet with their cube at the end of the session and those that didn't knew where to find it.
