Outdoor Learning - Week 1 - Exploring our Natural Environment and Creatures
This week in our 'Fresh Air Thursday' session, we gathered around the fire circle and reminded ourselves of the rules when we are on the field and on outdoor learning. We played some games to help us with this as well as developing our teamwork skills. We then looked carefully at our natural environment and thought about some of the things explorers might look at. We decided to look at what creatures we might see on the field and use adjectives to describe them. First, we chose our area and put a hoop down around it so it was clear. We then use a magnifying glass to look more closely at what creatures we could see and describe them.
