Outdoor Classroom Day
The children in nursery were very much looking forward to outdoor classroom day...so much so that they planned the activities they would like to do! Before we started planning the activities, we thought about the different weathers we might experience on the day and planned our activities based on this. See the photo below...
We managed to tick quite a few off our list...the children particularly enjoyed making the 'hot' air balloons, the apple and seed bird feeders, den building, and making magic potions using science...and of course they loved their hot chocolate and marshmallows for snack!
