Home Corner Mark Making

The children had lots of phonics fun in the home corner! They did lots of mark making by writing shopping lists using clipboards, paper and pencils. We worked on saying the initial sounds of words, for example, 'ssssss' strawberry and 'p' pizza. At home you could support your child by encouraging them to help you write a shopping list.
