Handwashing

As we have been settling into nursery we have been working really hard on our independence! As part of this we have been working hard with our hand washing. As it is National Handwashing Day, we put a special lotion on our hands and then looked at them under the UV lamp - this helped us to understand how many germs there are on our hands which we cannot see. After that we washed our hands, singing the hand washing song twice: "Wash wash wash your hands, wash the germs away. If you don't you might get ill, and that will spoil your day!"  then we checked our hands again under the lamp!
